These are a variety of different drills and activities I have collected to help improve your agility.
ladder tag
Get 2 half ladders and place them 10 feet apart from each other. One person starts at the top of a ladder and another person stands diagonally opposite to them on the other ladder. When commanded both people run in a clockwise direction trying too catch up with each other. You score one point for each tag but lose a point if you miss rungs or kicking the ladder.
Time limit for this game is 20 - 30 seconds

Illinois agility run
Before we start this drill its a good idea to warm up. Then with some cones set them up like in the diagram below. To start the athlete begins face down on the floor at the starting cone. When the command "GO" is said by an assistant they will start the stop watch and the athlete will jump to their feet. The athlete must go around the cones and follow the red line route shown in the diagram below. When the athlete gets to the finish the assistant will stop the stop watch.
Line drills
Look at the diagram below it will help you with this drill. Start off by sprinting to line A then over to B at full speed. When you get to line B touch it with your foot then sprint back to line A and then return back to line B that will be your finish line. There are many different ways you can do this drill by adding different movements, example; side steps, back pedals etc.
